How much time do you have?

I am here on a cruise ship
Six hours ashore, sometimes four, and a hard time to be back at the gangway. What fits depends on the port and on what you book before you sail.

The guide the routes are built from
All the places we picked out on the two islands — beaches, dive sites, restaurants, rental companies — with opening hours, contact details and the way to the door. On the map, sorted by topic, and stored on your phone so it holds up where the signal does not.

Six hours ashore, and back at the ship on time
In Willemstad you step off into the middle of the old town and everything worth seeing is inside two kilometres, so you walk. In Kralendijk the parts of Bonaire people come back for are twenty to thirty kilometres out, so you drive. Two ports, two completely different days — and on Bonaire the day depends on how long your ship is in: six hours is half of what twelve hours gives you.
